Island Paradise

Open now

Coffee from early, breakfast until the morning runs out, and lunch that is worth sitting down for. A short walk from the centre of Windwardside.

Saba is not short of views, but it was short of somewhere to sit with a coffee and no particular plan. So we opened one. It is small, it is quiet in the good way, and the same faces come back most mornings.

We cook what is on the island that week rather than what a fixed menu says we should. Some of it is Caribbean, some of it is very Dutch, and the bread is always worth ordering.

What we serve

Simple food, made properly

  • BreakfastEggs, fresh bread and fruit from the island, served from opening.
  • LunchSandwiches, salads and a hot dish that changes with what came in.
  • CoffeeProperly made, all day, and no rush to give the table back.
  • Something sweetCake and pastries, baked here rather than delivered in a box.
  • TakeawayEverything packs up if you are heading out to the trail or the boat.

There is no fixed menu card online yet. What we cook depends on what arrives on the island that week, and we would rather tell you in person than publish a list that is wrong by Thursday.
