  • Standard Nightly Rate (May–November): $220 per night (includes up to 2 guests) 

  • High Season Nightly Rate (December–April):
    $260 per night (includes up to 2 guests)

  • Extra Guests (Year-Round):
    $50 per additional guest, per night
    Example Pricing (High or Low Season):

  • 3 guests = base rate + $50

  • 4 guests = base rate + $100
    (e.g., $270 or $320 in low season, $310 or $360 in high season)

  • Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests total (2 included in base rate + 2 additional guests allowed).

  • Monthly Stay Discount: 50% off the nightly rate for stays of 30 days or more.

  • Cleaning Fee: $75 (one-time).

  • Check-In: After 3:00 PM

  • Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM​

Terms & Conditions

  • Full payment is required within 48 hours of booking.

  • Cancel at least 45 days before check-in for a full refund.

  • Cancel between 14 and 45 days before check-in for a 25% refund.

  • No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.
